Service Pricing
Subscription fees and pricing for downloadable content are displayed on the applicable service or product pages.

Prices are generally displayed in United States Dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, including consumption tax, sales tax, VAT, or similar taxes, may apply depending on the Customer’s billing location and applicable laws.

Payment Methods
Payments may be made using payment methods supported by Shopify and authorized third-party payment providers, including but not limited to:

Credit Cards (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB);
PayPal (if available);
Digital wallet services supported by Shopify; and
Other payment methods made available through the Service.

Payment availability may vary depending on Customer location.

Timing of Service Delivery
Subscription services and downloadable SPICE model content become available after:

successful account registration; and
successful payment authorization (where applicable).

Digital content is generally made available immediately after payment confirmation.

However, access may be delayed due to:
payment verification;
system maintenance;
technical issues; or
other operational reasons.
Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital subscription services and downloadable content, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are generally not accepted once access to the Service or downloadable content has been provided.

However, the Company may, at its sole discretion, provide refunds, corrective actions, or subscription adjustments where:
technical defects attributable to the Company exist;
purchased content cannot be accessed;
billing errors occur; or
refunds are required by applicable law.
Restrictions on Availability

The availability of downloadable content may be subject to:
subscription plan limitations;
monthly download limits;
account status;
service restrictions; and
technical or licensing limitations.

The Company reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or remove downloadable content at any time.

Additional Fees
Customers are responsible for:
applicable taxes;
internet connection fees;
communication charges; and
any costs necessary to access the Service.

Payment Timing
Subscription fees shall be charged in accordance with the billing cycle selected by the Customer.

For recurring subscriptions, fees shall automatically renew and be charged unless canceled prior to renewal.

Failure to complete payment may result in:
suspension of service access;
limitation of downloadable content; or
account suspension.
