To maintain the trust of customers and society and ensure the secure operation of our digital subscription services, downloadable engineering content, and related systems, the Company implements organization-wide information security measures in accordance with the following principles.

3. Employee Responsibilities
The Company’s employees, contractors, and relevant personnel shall acquire and maintain the knowledge, awareness, and technical skills necessary to support information security.
The Company shall promote ongoing education, training, and awareness programs to strengthen security practices across the organization.
4. Compliance with Laws, Regulations, and Contractual Requirements
The Company shall comply with:
applicable laws and regulations;
industry standards;
contractual obligations; and
other applicable requirements relating to information security and data protection.
The Company shall strive to meet customer expectations while maintaining appropriate security and compliance practices.
5. Incident Response and Prevention
In the event of:
information security incidents;
cybersecurity threats;
violations of applicable laws; or
breaches of contractual obligations,
the Company shall respond appropriately and promptly, investigate the cause, and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
The Company is committed to continuously improving its security practices to strengthen resilience against evolving threats.
6. Continuous Security Commitment
The Company continuously implements and improves security measures to ensure safe and secure handling of customer information and information assets.

SECURITY ACTION (Two-Star Certification)
The Company participates in SECURITY ACTION, a cybersecurity initiative established in Japan to promote information security awareness and cybersecurity best practices among organizations.
As part of this initiative, the Company continuously works to strengthen information security and maintain secure management of customer information.
